7 June 2011: Average Market Movement Decreases

7 June 2011 : Contract Rollover in next few days ,See The Difference
Hi
Today is June 7 . June Contract is going to expire in next few days as already told in class .
Why Less Candles nowadays ?
Do you find any Difference in the Market movement ? Count The Number of Candles in 500 Tick Chart . They are decreasing as Rollover day coming near because Traders are moving from June to September Contract
You can add instrument TF 09-11 and watch how volume decreases in TF 06-11 and increases in TF 09-11 day by day .
This could be the reason of market drop these days. What we call "BIG TRADERS " are moving from TF 06-11.
What changes you will see in the next few days in TF 06-11 (due to Contract Rollover)?
1. Number of candles will be decreasing daily.
2. Average movement will decrease ( sometimes only 4-5 point movement/day only)
3. You will see Sudden Increase/Decrease in the market.
4. No particular Overall trend .
5. Even Unusal Drop/Rise in the Night.
It is advisable not to take trades in such situations WHEN SOMETHING IS UNUSUAL
